Who's in the mood for some halloween fun with costumes, games and exercises??? Let us know if you can make it for our first ever 21 and older Halloween Spook-Fest Saturday Oct. 30th start time TBD. Plan to spend the night at the box or we can arrange for some "shuttles" home for the evening. Please let us know in

Depending on what time the festivities start Saturday, Wes and I will be making an appearance. It's his birthday so I can't promise he won't whip out the high knees too.
