Pull up bars are nice a sturdy, much better with the three sections! No Christine for me today...rest rest rest.

First week zoning it. Felt great, just alot of counting and measuring constantly...and then tonight ended the week going out for our anniversary...definitely NOT zone approved! Any of it!!!
