Thank you for all of the nice comments and kind words. It was such a fun and painful weekend, I loved every minute of it :) Crossfit is so awesome and attracts so many good people. We met some great fellow CFers from nearby states that I truly do hope to visit.
I'm proud to be apart of such a great group of people...APEX was STRONG this weekend, way to represent! Coach Felic, always with positive words to give confidence and helpful reminders, you're the best at that. It was so great to have our crew together there.(Kim we missed you so much!) Can't imagine getting through that hopper alone!
