Headed out West

Tanya, Josh and Mike are headed to Aromas, California in just over 2 weeks! Tanya and Josh will be representing APEX by competing and Mike will be coaching with Tanya helping to add to her already CrossFit East Coast Title. When looking back at CrossFit from the beginning (just over 6 months ago) we are extremely grateful to be able to participate and compete in such a worldwide event. We will do our best to compete with the best of the best. CrossFit has begun to change our lives through our training each day as a small group. CrossFit Apex has allowed us to help others find a FUN way to train, increase their fitness levels and benefit their everyday health. It has given us the opportunity to work with kids at school and kids at the Boys and Girls Club. CrossFit gives us the chance to meet new people everyday through the internet, in person and at different CrossFit events. California will be the next step taken in our CrossFit experience.
