Hot, cold, rain or shine CrossFit goes on....Some new faces in the crowd for our always tough "Fight Gone Bad" Workout. Two weekends in a row Pukie the Clown has shown up to visit CrossFit Apex. We loved the intensity and enthusiasm this am.
