CrossFit Apex will use the hopper deck to program 2 WODS each week. Starting this Saturday we will have 2 people choose a card from our 54 card deck. These 2 cards will be photographed and placed on the website for the week. At some point during that week you will be performing these WOD's. We will not disclose what day of the week it will be. The 2 cards selected each week will be removed from the deck. The last Saturday of each month all previously selected cards will be added back into the deck and become a possible card selection again. Let the Hopper Deck anticipation begin. Starting this Saturday we will chose our first 2 cards for the week of 7-28 - 8-3.

Could Murph surface sometime in one of the first weeks!!! There are many others that will be just as bad. Can't wait until Saturday.

Well, I was scared of Murph, but now that Molly would prefer Murph to Linda...Im now just as scared of her!
Of course the fact that Josh cant wait for Saturday cant mean good things for that day either!!!
