As I always say, its a pleasure watching the trainers workout. You guys really show exactly why we all look up to you guys and try to mimic what you guys do in the gym. =0) Way to go!

Ohh that's too bad Keith. I didn't see it until I saw Tanya's comment. Who beat me again(Bitch :o). The last 9 put me way off. I should have switched grip on that last 9. Great job all around with the PR fest.
