CrossFit Apex Burpee Challenge

Starting on Wed 10/15 we will begin our APEX Burpee Challenge. You may have seen this lingering on the CrossFit.com website, that is where we found this idea. Beginning on Wednesday, October 15 you will complete 1 burpee, October 16 - 2 burpees, October 17 - 3 burpees all the way until you reach 100 burpees on January 21st. You do not have to complete all of your burpees in one sitting. You may complete your burpees throughout that day. YES, your burpees do count if you complete them in a WOD that day. YES, you still need to do your burpees even if you have a WOD that day. Best of Luck and let the games begin. If you decide to join our challenge but we have already started you are more than welcome to "buy in". That means you must complete all of those missed burpees from day 1 through the day you join. For example if you start on day 5 of the challenge you must not only do 5 burpees, but also make up day 4, 3, 2 and 1 as well (for a total of 15) in order to catch up with the challenge. Spread the word and get friends and family to join in on the fun. See how many days you can keep it going! 3...2...1...GO!

Day 1 was hard. I thought I was gonna meet the clown. I don't know about this.
