Keystone Affiliate Challenge
We have arranged a gathering with other local PA CrossFit affilates. This will be our first chance to meet other crossfitters who train within our area. The event will take place at CrossFit Delaware Valley on Feb. 7th. During the challenge all athletes will participate in an individual WOD which will allow for all levels of scaling and Rx'd athletes. Following the individual WOD there will also be an affiliate group WOD . We look forward to meeting and spending time together with others who share the same love of CrossFit.

Looking forward to this event. Should be alot of fun to hangout and sweat with some fellow PA Crossfitters. Should also be good for a little bit of outside competition in preparation for the mid-Atlantic regional qualifier.
On a side note, I am signed up for and paid in full for our regional qualifier. Sooo exciting!
I've begun my 3 1/2 month ramp-up of intensity and anger. I figure I'll be able to do 10-12 Burpees on hate alone.
