3 min each round
Each rd starts with a 250m row and follows with an exercise (rd1 Thrusters rd2 Burpees rd3 KB Swing rd 4 Jumping pull ups) Rest 2 minutes between rounds During each exercise complete as many reps in the remaining 3 minutes
