SQUAT THERAPY
Here are two of our Crossfitters who demonstrate nice posture on their squats. The air squat is the starting exercise for many of CrossFit's exercises. For those of you who need some practice, Squat Therapy is a great tool. Using a wall can greatly help your posture and form. Stand as close to a wall with your hands over head and attempt to push your backside back and down until you have hit parallel to the floor then stand.
