CROSSFIT AFFILITATE CHALLENGE
Just a reminder that this Saturday Feb. 7th we will be participating in an affiliate challenge at CrossFit Delaware Valley with other PA CrossFit affiliates. Everyone is invited no matter your level of Crossfit. The day will consist of an individual workout followed by a team WOD. After the workouts we will order pizza/wings. Beverages will also be available!
We plan to arrive at CF DelVal around 830am to check-in. Individual wod begins at 9am.
As a reminder and for those interested we will be meeting and leaving from The Wagner's garage around 7:15am. Don't be late or their may be burpee consequences! Looking forward to a great time. Hope you can make it. Any questions please email or call.
