Murph is old news. After the 3rd workout in a row with squats(in increasing complexity and weight I might add), my legs pretty much gave in and let me walk normally.
Now on to the overhead work so my arms can have some fun!
Dude Tanya and I did this WOD tonight 3/12, instead after each run we did Pullups, Thrusters, Push ups and SDLHP. After the 2 rounds I finished with a score of 192.
