Josh takes 3rd and is going to 2009 CrossFit Games!

Womens Results
Today the guys were back at it for one final workout at the Mid-Atlantic Qualifier. They all had spectacular performances which moved them all up in overall placement! (videos to come soon). Felice earned 14th place overall in this weekend's festivities. Scrappy finished the weekend in 29th place after placing 12th in today's workout. And the highlight of today for CrossFit Apex was during the final heat which was the top 10 ten men from yesterday's wods. Josh was 5th starting over 2:30 seconds after the first place competitor. There was a staggard start to make it easier to see who the overall finishers would be. Josh pulled out a phenomenal performance of 6:49 which was the 3rd best time for that wod and secured him a place on the podium and a trip to Aromas for the 2009 CrossFit Games!!! He made the workout look like it was his playground :) Way to go Josh! We are so proud of you and will be cheering you on all the way!
