Encourage your friends to make it out to a CrossFit WOD this weekend. On our agenda we are planning a partner workout. If you bring a friend you may take on the workout together. If you do not bring a friend we will partner you with another Crossfitter that morning. The workout will consist of multiple movements where you will share reps with your partner. Only 1 partner will be able to work at a time. You obviously will be working to finish as quickly as possible. If you can make the 7:30am class we know its going to be a great crowd and would love to have you apart of that excitement. See you on Saturday.

Im having rservations about coming. Last partner challenge nobody wanted to be my partner....*cry*......I'm still emotionally scared from that day in the park!
