New additions to the class schedules
Starting this week we will now offer a Wednesday night introductory class at 5:30pm as well as a standard group class at 6:30pm. The introductory classes are by sign up only (email or call) and are intended for our first time Crossfitters or those who are very new to the Crossfit program. We recommend that our new Crossfitters come to atleast 5 Wednesday night intro classes before fully moving into all other classes. Along the way you are still more than welcome to join other classes however we ask that you continue to join our intro classes each week. For our regular attendees, if you are looking for Wednesdays as a workout day for your schedule we encourage that you come to the 6:30pm group workout.
Saturdays we will now run workouts at 7:30am and 8:15am. If we have a very large group at 7:30am depending on the workout we may have to run 2 heats. If you have any questions about the new class additions please call or email.
