Opps! Looks like some missed reps there. Be sure to keep good count when you are competing. It is especially important for the benchmark WODs to have a good measure of where you are that day. I know I've missed reps when I get "Fran Stupid".
You guys have a super competitive group going at 6:30, all the more reason to keep your performance clean. Intensity is important, but don’t lose site of the task at hand.

WOW, did miss count, I thought the reps where 21 for KBS and 12 for Pull Ups?
OOOps, My ADD kicks into full swing during WODs. Must of failed math 101. WHere can I hire a personal counter???
