Thanks everyone for your support on the Saturday! We needed it. The top 16 Male and Females move onto tomorrow! I finished in 40th place. Tanya still going strong and leads the pack in 1st place. Tomorrow's WOD's are 10min as many attempts as you would like to hit your max snatch, second wod is 8min AMRAP of 4 HSPU on paralletes, 8 KB swings 53lb, 12 Glute Ham sit ups final wod is a Chipper (not sure of the exercises yet) Lets GO Tanya!!!!

Josh, I am overwhelmed just thinking about you guys doing 5 freakin WODs in 1 day, hard WODs. YOU ROCK! Way to represent APEX.
BTW, tell them to get this on TV for next year. Waiting for the results is really stressing us out ;)
