Our 630pm group was loaded with our teens. CrossFit Apex has grown significantly through the 09' summer in part to our interest of kids. We have seen some dramatic changes throughout from weight loss, to muscles we've never seen before, from scaled to Rx'd, to muscle ups to energy that Never ends. Keep up all the great work Guys. We enjoy working with each and everyone of you. There are many more not pictured.
