Fight Gone Bad in 2 Days

Please arrive Saturday morning at 8am. We will have all heat times set along with your individual score keepers. Any changes can be made at this time. We plan to start our first heat at 8:30am continuing through each heat every 25 minutes. You must be ready and warmed up prior to your heat. Practice space will be available.

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The event is in the 3 round format.
The stations are:
  • Wall-ball: 20 lb, 10 ft target M, 15 lb, 8ft target W, 10/12 lb, 8ft target Scaled (Reps)
  • Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds M, 55 pounds W, 35 pounds Scaled (Reps)
  • Box Jump: 20″ box M/F 16" Scaled(Reps)
  • Push-press:75 pounds M, 55 pounds W, 35 pounds Scaled (Reps)
  • Row: calories (Calories)
  • The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
There will be 3 different levels for which a participant can compete: Male Rx'd, Female Rx'd or Scaled
