How would CrossFit help to train an individual for such a test? Just ask Zach Miller as he mentally and physically surpassed every other attendee at his police academy physical fitness test earlier this week. Way to go Zach we are all so proud of you.

Teresa great article. Everyone should definitely read this. Talk about a realization for many people. I look at kids at school and many of my relatives and think..Could they sprint for 200yds without stopping or slowing. A large percentage would really struggle. The craziest thing is that some of these people even workout. Maybe they should re-evaluate their workout routines.
