WEBSITE WILL BE CHANGING OVER THIS WEEKEND. SORRY FOR ANY INTERRUPTIONS.

One More Day Sugar FREE!

As one challenge ends another begins....

Monday March 1st marks day #50 in our No Sugar Challenge. Reflect on the past 50 days and let us know how you did!
Did you make it? Did you cheat... how many times? Were you no starch? What have you been dying to eat....and will you eat it now that the challenge is over, or can you do without?

*I will be holding a follow-up Nutrition discussion on Saturday March 20th at 9am (immediately following the 8am Group Class). We will use this time to evaluate your diet decisions since the lecture. This is a great time to bring specific questions, recipe ideas to share (even food to share), and questions on where to go next. You will have a chance to share your experiences and find out what worked for eachother. Please let me know if you can make it!

Ready for the next challenge....here's what you need.
-2 gallon water jugs (filled) No milk please.

45 dayWater Jug Thruster Challenge
Starting Wed. March 3rd, 2010 do 1 thruster using the water jugs as your weights. Add one thruster every day for 45 days. Break up the thrusters throughout the day if want or do them consecutively. You are only allowed to miss one day once the challenge begins, but you must make up those missed thrusters the very next day to stay in the challenge (ex: I forget on day 21 to do my 21 thrusters but I remember on day 22. So on day 22 I do 43 thrusters (21+22) and I am still in the challenge. WE WANT PICTURES...send in your proof and we'll post them for all to see!
Best of Luck...go get your water jugs and be ready for Wednesday!

If my math is correct (and I believe that it is) this equates to 1,035 total thruster reps...I need to locate two empty gallon milk containers...Shouldn't be to difficult given that two Bergman teenagers enjoy cereal!

See that right there is why I am a PE teacher and saying "add one thruster each day" sounds nice to my ears...the math never sounds as nice to the ears :)

I'm with Tanya. Saying, 'Let's add a thruster every day' sounds a lot more fun (and easier) than, 'Hey, let's do 1,035 thrusters' :(
