...for taking a Women's top 20 spot (18th) into Regionals! We are very proud of you and your dedicated hard work. You deserve that spot! We will be helping you the next 2 months training in preparation for your next stop to the 2010 CrossFit Games. Shawn Butler, another athlete who trains on occasion with Apex, earned a top 20 spot (12th) into regionals. Congratulations! We will be cheering both of you on in OHIO, May 7-9 . Also, a job well done to Scrappy, Frank and Nik for stepping up and giving it their all at Sectionals this past Saturday!
