What: Fittest teen in Souderton (multiple events in one day)
When: June 12, 2010
Time: 9:30am check in - 1st wod 10am (plan on being a few hours bring food and drink)
Cost: $20
(All student athletes and spectators must have parent signed waiver)

Are you fit? How is your cardio? Mix in some weights and other functional movements and see how you match up against others your age. You can call yourself the fittest teen in Souderton by demonstrating your fitness abilities within multiple events . We will have 2 divisions, a middle school/ Jr high division and a high school division. Mention to your friends and come out to test your fitness against others. No CrossFit experience necessary. Register ASAP to reserve your spot.
