Mystery WOD's
Starting Wed 7/21 through 7/31 Workouts will not be posted on the site until the close of each evening. Therefore in order to participate in that days WOD you will have to be surprised and show up at APEX. The unknown and and the unknowable will better prepare you for what life has to bring. We are excited to be back from LA and can't wait to see everyone at the gym.
