Part of the Apex team has arrived in LA.
Weather is a beautiful 81 degrees with a nice cool breeze. One more day until we kick off the 2010 games. Home Depot Center is very big. (That is the best word I can use to describe it) Much different atmosphere from the previous Crossfit Games! Very excited for all the festivities to get underway.
