WEBSITE WILL BE CHANGING OVER THIS WEEKEND. SORRY FOR ANY INTERRUPTIONS.

Apex Best Leaderboard

We have always had a leader board on the website however we have never had a good leader board at the box. Now that CrossFit Apex has found a place which they will call home for the next few years we are going to begin a leader board which w

ill hold the Top 5 men and the Top 5 women in each category. The board will consist of 4 categories LIFTS ( ex: Snatch, C&J, OHS, DL) GIRLS (ex: Karen, Fran, Helen, Nancy) HEROS (ex: Badger, DT, Mr. Joshua, JT) and BENCH MARKS (ex: Fight Gone Bad, Nasty Girls, Filthy Fifty, Tabata Something Else).

How do I get my name on the board?
First, the workout must be completed at CrossFit Apex and you must be present on the day the workout is completed. Every GIRL, HERO and BENCH MARK WOD, which allow for it, will have a time cap in order to complete the WOD. Names will be ranked on the board highest being those who Rx and complete the WOD with the best time in the allotted time cap. If you fail to finish in the allotted time you remove yourself from being placed in the Top 5. Scaling IS allowed and encouraged. No matter whether you scale one item or 3 items within a WOD everyone who scales will be recorded by an S and the best scaled time will be recorded under the last Rx'd athlete within the Top 5. (Scaling "lower wt, box height, bands etc.)

The slate has been wiped clean from all names and anyone can bring their "A" game to the table. It will be announced on the WOD's page if the workout is an APEX Best Workout. Attempt to make that days WOD and you may just surprise yourself by getting your name into the TOP 5. Best of Luck everyone and be ready to see APEX Best Workouts throughout the programming within the next 6 months.
