Stretching Anyone???









Since we don't MAKE you do it all the time... how many of you are actually taking care of your body pre and post wod by stretching out your
muscles and joints??? My guess is slim...so here's a blog to help you
out when you're at home or work.Our favorite chiro/PT from
the CrossFit world, Kelly Starrett just
started a "mobility blog"where he posts mobility
wods. GREAT stuff here! Go take a look and bring these to the box,
I expect limber folks within the next few weeks :)

i am loving this guy almost as much as i love tania. phrases like "protecting spinal integrity," "super integrated in the bottom position", "tissue load ordering" and "shaman's blow" take it to the next level for me. great!
