INTENSITY Article- in case you missed it, this is an article from CrossFit Montgomery County (MD) featured on the affiliate blog today. Good read, and it may help you understand why as coaches we tell one person to "slow down" and the person next to them to "go go GO!"

AMEN to this article. Well Done.
I have to take this advice sometimes as well. Even though I am shooting for that specific time, my focus on form has to remain in tact.
Identify those particular moves where you know you lose for when boosting the intensity then put it to work the next time you are in the heat of the moment.
For me Squat cleans, Front Squats and air squats I can really get lazy on form as I get tired.
Can you list your movements that begin to deteriorate during high intensity WOD's. List them for us.
I loose my back on dead lifts alot as i get tired other then that i just have issues with looking up all the time and keeping my knees out
Thanks for linking to my article Tanya! I'm glad it was useful for you guys! Looking forward to seeing you and Josh again (whenever that happens to be)!
