Look Who Joined The Club...
Congratulations to Coyne (Andrew) who started crossfitting with us in June and has worked hard all summer long. Watch below as he rocks the false grip and gets his first muscle up! Quickly to follow in his footsteps Stefan rips out his first MU from dead hang! Way to go fellas!
And a huge congrats to Kim Springfield who has been putting in hard time and effort everyday she's with us and it's paid off...in 4 short months she's gone from jumping pull ups to Rx pull-ups! We are so proud of all your hard work and determination everyday you are in here...you know how to push yourself!

Ohhhh so that's who "Andrew" is! Great work Coyne, Kim and Stefan. very exciting.
hahah no one ever knows my first name half the time i wont even look to see who is calling if they say "Andrew". looks like ill be doing alot of just upper body for atleast the next week I sprained my ankle tonight at soccer.
