What should I bring? Water, flat shoes, notebook, any wraps/tape you may want (wrists)

Can I still do the WOD on Saturday morning? Sure! You will most likely be sore in a different way then you are used to with the WODS but as always it is good to move the next day.

Do I need to sign up? Not at this point. If you do know for sure you can make it this Friday, please just let us know with an "I'm in" in comments below just so we can have an idea for the first night. Thanks!

How much does it cost? Normal class session. You can use as part of your unlimited, 2 or 3 times per week or as your punchcard.

A great demonstration of good technique resulting in a solid lift! Nice job Felice!

I am planning to come but I can not lift to much weight, had a fall off my bike last Saturday and bruised some ribs, but I like to be there for technique and form
