CrossFit Apex is moving towards its 3rd Year in April. The amount of memories and people we have meet has been wonderful. Here is a video that helps show those of you who have joined us recently where we came from. For those of you who have been with us from the beginning enjoy the trip down memory lane.

It's crazy to think of how much things have changed!
Our Valley Air Squats went from slight knee bend to hip below parrell.
My hair went from Jet Black to White.
Josh went from lil boy to actually being able to grow facial hair now!
I would like to say THANK YOU to everyone involved! Ya'll are great!
Wow. Yes, enjoyed that trip. It is amazing how many of these specific days I can remember. Yes, and throughout..great product, great people, great community, great friends. Love everybody.

Im a little emotional right now. Valley seems like so long ago when I look at those pictures. I remember doing my first pull up there...I saw Felice over the top of the bar not from underneath!
I remember asking you guys what you were doing down there in the ICU and your like...come on down and try it..things have never been the same.

You guys are Apex! Everyone of you and we can't thank you enough for all the support and loyalty through the years. Thank you for all you kind words, it's truly living a dream each and everyday for us. I am grateful for each one of you and for how much you give when you come in. We could not ask for a great community to come through our doors each and every day! And like I said 2 Friday nights ago..."there is no other place I'd rather be spending my Friday night than here with you guys" And I mean that!
