Can you touch your toes?
Do you have trouble hitting depth in your squat without losing your lumbar curve? Can you press a barbell overhead keeping a straight bar path and maintaining a tight core? Is your flexibility one of your weaknesses? This Saturday, January 22nd at 10am and Monday, January 24th at 7pm we will have complimentary Yoga classes taught by CrossFit APEX member/athlete Kacie Heilman. Pending interest of these sessions we may offer more Yoga classes at APEX. For those of you interested please comment and/or join us on Saturday and/or Monday.
