New at Apex!
As of February 1st Apex now also has two more additional pull-up rigs. One rig makes things a bit more favorable for those who may use jumping pull-ups or for the kids classes needing more age appropriate pull-up bars (shorter). No offense to those of you adults which may be vertically challenged. The rigs have created more space for the athletes so therefore we are asking that all bags and jackets be placed in the lobby under the benches to free up room in the workout area. We also are asking for anyone not participating in the workouts or prior to your workout time slot, please stay on the white tile floor or in the lobby while other classes are in progress. Finally, YOGA is back. There was great interest in the 2 classes that Kacie instructed so we will now be offering yoga classes 2x a week starting Saturday, February 19th at 10:30am. Yoga classes will be offered on Monday nights at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 10:30am. Please check the Calendar/Rates Tab at the top of the page for more details and prices. Click here for details.

Hi, I am a visiting athlete wanting to come Saturday for the fundraiser. I am just 5 foot and was worried about the burpee pullups. Glad you have some vertically challenged bars now :)
