Thank you Apex! It was a wonderful surprise this morning having the little baby shower. All of your generosity with the gift card, gifts, and breakfast snacks this morning mean so much to us. Thank you so much! We could not ask to have our little guy come into a nicer community and gym of such wonderful people. Thank you for all of your written comments in the card, we had a good time reading through them all! We can't wait until "he" is here with us and you all get to meet him. Thank you so much again for all your thoughtfulness and generosity!
Thank you Bussom, Angie, Vic, Julia and everyone else who organized and brought food for today! It was great!!!

Dry heeving... guilty as charged. I didn't feel normal for about 2 hours. From 2 minutes of wall balls!

Although I didn't join the pukie club today, I will say that I definitely felt like I'd been run over by a bus! Fast & Furious was pretty terrible. Hard to believe something so short can make you feel that awful.
After what you put us through today Bus, I'm wondering what wonderful crossfit goodies you've got in store for us next week! Should be pretty exciting though with the ladies and the boys' under 19 going in to it with first place ties. I'm just glad the fate of my hair isn't on the line! :-)
