CROSSFIT APEX

As we enter the 2011 games season we have a few things that we need you to be aware of at Apex. The friday evening 5pm strength training classes will be put on hold until further notice. Due to the fact that the majority of our S&T classes are Apex athletes joining the Open we are going to save their stamina and muscles for Saturday's CrossFit Games Open workouts.

As we have mentioned at the box we will be holding Open games workouts for Apex athletes on Saturday's at 8am and 11am. Our 8am class will still be our originally scheduled group classes however those of you competing in the Open if you plan on attending the 8am class or the 11am class you will need to sign up on Mind Body Online in order to secure a position. This will help us with having judges signed to each participating athlete. For those you you not participating in the Open, please show up as usual and be ready to throw down with our games participants at the 8am class. Reminder that the 11am class is for Apex games competitors ONLY. Please feel free to come watch and cheer on your fire breathers.

If you have conflicts with a Saturday in the upcoming 6 weeks please email us ASAP so we can do our best to accommodate your schedule.
