Good at Box Jumping?
Put yourself to the test. Set the clock for 10 minutes, every 30 seconds you will add 1 box jump until you have completed the 10 minutes. 0-30s complete 1 box jump, 31s- 60s complete 2 box jumps, 61s-90s complete 3 box jumps etc. You choose the height you think you can maintain. Give it a try.
