WEBSITE WILL BE CHANGING OVER THIS WEEKEND. SORRY FOR ANY INTERRUPTIONS.

Here are some pictures and a video from Shanna's Sat 100k in NJ.

"Not sure what to say about this one except it was the hardest and most humbling thing I have ever done in my life and Crossfit has definitely attributed to the mental toughness needed to finish. Took me over 15 hours to complete as I broke down early around mile 52 and I basically walked and cried the last 10 miles wanting to stop more and more with every step. The sign that I saw on the course "all walls have doors" became a powerful mantra. I think experiences and events that don't go as planned and end up being horrible painful disasters teach us the most valuable lessons and become the most rewarding. Next stop, Dirty German 50 mile in May for some personal redemption."

Shanna

Congrats Shanna on an accomplishment that most people could never fathom of even trying let alone finishing! You are an inspiration to all of us.

By the way Shanna came in yesterday to redo her OPEN wod 1 still sore from her run this past weekend and still posted a score better than her first attempt last Thursday, March 17th.

That is FREAKIN !!!!! AWESOME.

Nice Work Shanna on that run. That just sounds miserable.

Great work girl-- with the run and the OPEN Wod! You've got so much more "mental toughness" than you give yourself credit for. You rock! :-)

Awww thanks Josh! And thank you everyone for all the encouragement! It means a lot.

Dan! Yes I am doing the DG 50 and it would be awesome if you two did it as well. There is also a 15k and 50k option if anyone else is interested!
