SAVE THE DATE, May 7th!
Following the group workout and yoga class on May 7th (starting around 10:30-11:00am) CrossFit Apex will be throwing a party at the box. This party will be in celebration for APEX's 3 year anniversary as well as a cool down from the CrossFit Open. Beverages will be on tap and supplied by APEX however we are asking those able to attend to please bring a food dish of your choice. Feel free to bring chairs and any backyard games you might have.
We are hoping to have a little entertainment with an Apex Video or two. Does anyone have access to a projector that we could borrow and hook up to a computer?

Also!! We are celebrating old man Kurt's 30th birthday this Saturday. We'll be attended a beer festival in Quakertown http://www.mccoolesbeerfest.com/ and then we are renting out a restaurant called the Zing bar from 9-12 that night. If anyone would like to come or would like more info, let me know!
An availability for Games 11.6 WOD this friday?

Unfortunately, I cannot do the 7th. I'll be out in Harrisburg from that Saturday 9am - Friday the following week. Sounds like a good time though!

We will not be able to run anyone at 5pm on friday. If u can make 330-4pm we can run u through wod 11.6 otherwise u will have to make sat at either 8 or 11am. please let us know ur plans so we can plan ahead. Thanks
