Yes, I'm extremely sore; however, I think my soreness stems from the post WOD party wrestling match rather than the morning workout.
Thanks to everyone who stopped by yesterday. What a blast. Vic I hope you are doing alright today:) Back to another week of hitting it hard! 3 weeks and counting till we take that trip to Regionals!
