Regional HELP needed!

Here is an email we received asking for help at our Mid-Atlantic Regional. If you are interested and able to help out please contact Andrea Seward (contact info below). She's super cool and I know you'll have a great time! Being a part of any CF competition is really exciting and energizing (ok you'll be exhausted after the weekend, but energized the next time you hit a wod! I promise!)

The Mid Atlantic Regionals are coming up in a month. The competition is taking place at the

 George Mason University Field House on 

Friday June 3rd -Sunday June 5th. We need help from 8am to 6pm Friday -Sunday and 12-6 on 

Thursday for setup. Please let your members

know that we still need a lot of help. Have them email me at

 staff@tridentcrossfitva.com or andrea.seward@comcast.net with

their availability.
