Starting the summer off with our 2nd Annual Fitfest. Any teens willing to put their fitness to the test? CrossFit Apex will be doing a competition on June 18th testing those who are willing to put their skills to work. Anyone may participate, you do not have to be a CrossFitter to take part in the action. Spread to word!
