Big Weekend for Apex this past Saturday
Shanna, Jess, Cathleen and Teresa competed in the Civilian Military Combine at Camelback Mountain (Course and Obstacles) Jess took a 3rd place Overall at the event
In Philadelphia at CrossFit 215 Tanya and Bus, Cody and Angie teamed up in a partner competition again 52 other CrossFit teams from the area. Tanya and Bus finished in 5th place, Cody and Angie took 12th overall. Great job everyone.

Great job everyone !!!! I'm proud to announce that I finished the CMC with a respectable time and I had not run outside of crossfit workouts for the previous 6 or 7 months (ok I did take zeke on one 6 mile trail run the day before the race). That speaks VOLUMES to the excellent training we get at Apex. Thank you to all the coaches! I even felt well enough to run a 5k the day after the race with Shana, Brynley, Brian & the winner of the female age group Teresa!! Thank you thank you thank you :) great weekend!!
