AGAIN FASTER Competition Team WODS Saturdays at Apex
For those of you interested in participating in the Again Faster WODS to see if you have what it takes to join the team, we will be available Saturday Oct. 8th at 9am for you to bring your cameras and video yourself doing WOD #1) 150 air squats, 2k row, 150 air squats
Again Faster will be awarding two places on their competition team to the athletes that place the highest overall in all 8 workouts now through the month of Dec. You will have 10 days to complete each wod. For more information go to Again Faster on Facebook to find out all the details and register at apps.againfaster.com.
For the following 7 weeks we will be holding the Again Faster WODS as our 8am Group WOD each Saturday. You do not need to participate in the competition to do the WOD at Apex. It will be a regular group class as any other Saturday, except that those participating in the competition will be allowed to set up their cameras and video tape during this class.

I dont have a video camera. What type do you recommend and can i borrow yours if I cant get one by tomorrow?
Erik, we have one camera. First dibs on you for tomorrow. However we won't be able to do this for everyone since each person needs to upload their vid and post the url on the AF site for each workout. We can get 2 people in the frame so if someone else would needs a camera than we could tape 1 more person.
