Weight Vest Week


CrossFit Apex will host an assortment of all weight vest workouts this week. Every workout will involve a weight vest in some manner whether you carry the vest or wear it for the entire workout you will be suiting up each day. Come join in on the fun. The weight of the vest will vary as do the workouts. THIS IS CROSSFIT BABY!
