The last day of our FOOD CHALLENGE! (part 1 that is)
The BIG day is almost here! Our first 30 days! Hang in there for a few more hours and it will be all worth it tomorrow! Who's making lists of what they're having? What will you eat first? Do you even want to eat junk tomorrow? Have you kicked any bad habits? Share your experience with everyone in comments!
And a big CONGRATULATIONS, you made it through! Way to go!


Warning: You will most likely experience one of the worst hangovers in history after indulging in sweets and treats that you have been avoiding the past 4 weeks. You will be ok, drink water, exercise and remember how it feels....then ask yourself "was it worth it?" I hope it will be!

Be ready to take on the next 30 days starting Friday...which will take us to Christmas! Choose a new challenge or keep it the same. Join in the fun!

Sugar coma here I come!!!!! After a wod of course... I can't gain 10# in one day right? Lol... No I really don't want a lot of sweets really... Something tells me I won't enjoy them as much as I think I want to. :). Happy thanksgiving all!!!

I am in for the next 30 days. I am cutting out all "junk" and am going to go as Paleo as I can. I know that it isn't really naming something but I will be honest if I have any cheats and do my G I Janes.
