Beef and Beer
As many of you know Mike Saks, Apex Crossfitter Sharon Saks' husband, is currently undergoing treatment for a brain tumor. Heʼs in great spirits and receiving the best care possible. On January 28, a beef and beer is being held at Marjeane Caterers in Lansdale. 100% of the proceeds from the event will go back to the family to help defray some of the cost and hardship endured during Mikeʼs treatment.
To give moral support to Sharon, we'll also be having a special WOD at 8 am that morning as part of our walk with Sharon through this. It's simply called "Saks."

LOL--I don't think anything will be served that way! it's going to be a great time...Brian Propp is confirmed and so is Darryl Dawkins and Bernie Parent (spelling ?)
