Where was Crossfit when I was a kid??? Look at those numbers! If these young men are seeing such marked strength gains now, imagine where they will be in 5 years, 10 years, etc. Can you imagine what the Crossfit Games 2022 will look like?? Excellent work, fellas!
I am really proud of all these young men. Not just for the outstanding numbers they have put up after 1 strength session but also the way each one of them has carried themselves. Great work fellas...Stay On It and keep pushing each other!
