The 2012 Open is done, Next up Regionals!
Congrats to everyone who participated in the Open and job well done. Now its time to start preparing for regionals. For those of you who can still be of support to your fellow CrossFit Apex members moving onto the next level you can find more information
Here for the location of regionals as well as nearby hotels and accommodations. We hope you can make the trek to MD and come use your loud voices!
As far as the upcoming schedule there will no longer be classes at 7pm on Tuesday or Thursday night. The Saturday classes will be an 8am group class and a 9am competitive group class. The 9am class will be competitive for those interested in a more competitive atmosphere. Please check with an Apex trainer if you are unsure whether you should attend this 9am class.

Nice job to all apexers! I could go on and on about all the awesome wods I witnessed and all the great numbers put up by our top guys and gals. However, I must take this moment to congratulate our new Apex Masters Champion Kurt Stein. It is not easy to hand over my title but he won it fair and square. Kurt, be warned I want my title back next year.
