What are your thoughts? How many rds is achievable for you?



Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
15 Box jumps (M 24" box / F 20" box)
12 Push press (M 115 lb / F 75 lb)
9 Toes-to-bar

Shooting for 10 rounds though 8 or 9 is likely more realistic. Hoping to surprise myself.

My thoughts are the same as Teresa, I dont know what to expect with my grip/lungs. Its basically shoulder to overhead right? Doesn't matter if its shoulder press, push press, push jerk, split jerk?

you can Press, Push Press or Jerk, it doesn't matter.

I tried this wod. I couldn't get toes to bar. Not yet. I modified the TTB to TTR, and got 4 rounds plus 21 reps.

And Tanya, if you remember, I was jumping on a 16 "box when I left Apex. I was able to do 20" no problem. And I was able to do the high reps of 75 # Push Press (although I wound up Jerking instead of just push press) Which means I count this WOD a success for me, even if I couldn't get the TTB or High rounds of even the modified movement thrown in.

Each time I have success I think about you guys and know that my foundations in Crossfit are from your excellence in coaching. Thank you!!!!!
